Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

This policy explains how to report Content on PowerGate that you believe infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, and how we handle such reports.

Email contact@powergate.me with the subject line “Copyright complaint”, including:

• The URL of the gate page containing the material
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
• An explanation of why you believe this use isn't authorized
• Your contact information
• A statement that you are the rights holder, or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your signature (electronic is fine)

We review reports and, where they appear well-founded, will disable access to the reported Content and notify the Creator who uploaded it. We may request further information from either party before acting on ambiguous cases.

If your Content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, email contact@powergate.me with an explanation and your contact information. We'll review and, where appropriate, restore access.

Creators who repeatedly upload Content without the necessary rights may have their account suspended or terminated.

By uploading Content, you confirm you hold the necessary rights to distribute it through PowerGate (as the original creator, or with permission from any sample/rights holders involved). You are responsible for the Content you upload.
